How do I access my e-mail on the web via WebMail?
You may access your WebMail by accessing http://mail.yourdomain.com where yourdomain.com is the domain name that is on your hosting account.
I forgot (or lost) my password, what do I do?
You may go to your account login page and click "Forgotten Password" button adjacent to the Login button. You will be prompted for your login name then click "Get Password"  If you forgot your login name or would like to contact us directly, please contact us.
What is the wait time for you to respond to our Technical Support tickets?
We try to respond to your support tickets in within a few hours on business days. We also try to respond within 24 hours outside business hours.
How long does it take to activate my hosting account after I place my order?
Usually, your hosting account is set up in within a few minutes if you pay via credit card or PayPal. If you write a check, your account will be activated once we receive the payment. If you order our hosting package and register or transfer your domain name, the normal wait time for domain name to complete it's registration or transfer is 12-72 hours depending on the demand.
I am registering (or transferring) a domain name, how long will it take before it is online?
It usually takes 12-72 hours for the domain name registration or tranfer process to complete. If you are transferring your existing domain name, make sure you keep up with the e-mails or notifications requiring your input or approval for us to transfer your domain name to your new hosting account.
